4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only disclose information where necessary to provide or improve our services. Disclosure may occur with:

  • Communication and technology platforms used for automation and outbound agent workflows
  • Solar and electrical logistics providers who assist with fulfilment and delivery
  • Energy monitoring or control providers who assist in performance and asset optimisation
  • Design and modelling software platforms for generating system recommendations

Example: Tradezone, a specialist logistics provider, may receive your contact and delivery details to facilitate component supply or site fulfilment. All third parties are required to comply with privacy obligations consistent with Australian legislation and Pi's internal standards.

Pi applies reasonable physical, technical, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and you acknowledge this when interacting with Pi's systems.

To enable delivery of Pi's solutions, we engage with selected third-party providers supporting operational, technical, fulfilment, and analytical functions. Types of providers may include:

  • Product suppliers and logistics partners (e.g. Tradezone)
  • Energy system monitoring and control technology partners
  • Software providers for solar design and site modelling
  • Communication and automation platforms enabling AI agent outreach
  • Cloud infrastructure and CRM systems used to store and manage data

All third-party arrangements are governed by confidentiality agreements and privacy obligations aligned with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. International data transfers

If you access Pi's platforms from outside Australia, your data may be transferred or processed in Australia or other jurisdictions where Pi systems operate. By using our platforms, you consent to such transfers.

9. Children's privacy

Pi's services are not designed for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is identified, we will delete it promptly.
